AND GENERATED OVER 843 MEDICAL LEADS AND 108 NEW CLIENT CONSULTATIONS IN THE PROCESS
Based in Brisbane, Innova Accounting Group began working with us in June 2017. They needed help generating a specific category of leads inside the healthcare industry. They wanted to multiply their brand reach, build their database and position themselves as the authority in the accounting industry for General Practitioners, in particular.
A valuable, yet very specific audience, we developed and executed a strategic digital marketing plan to help Innova grow at scale. Our marketing system proved to be incredibly effective. Our landing pages converted at over 40% and, in only 10 months of working with us, we helped Innova Accounting Group build a warm database of over 843 General Practitioners around Australia. A subset of those 843 doctors then went on to schedule a total of 108 consultations with Innova; some for personal and many for whole-of-business accounting.
We created a multi-step marketing funnel that targeted GPs and nurtured them from cold leads, into new clients.
The funnel was powered by an extremely practical ‘lead-magnet’ e-book, which was written specifically with GPs in mind. This resource contained information on tax deductions for doctors and was made available for free, in exchange for an email address and name.
We developed several creative campaigns and pushed this offer through Facebook Ads, capturing email addresses on the front end, and up-selling a 1-on-1 consultation on the back end.
This system integrated with an Email Autoresponder and automation sequence that we designed to convert cold leads into hot leads.
Our EDM autoresponder helped Innova build a quality database of warm, targeted GP leads, who were then served retargeting ads on Facebook and Instagram which were designed to move them towards booking an accounting consultation.
